How does the trial work?
Our 5-day trial allows you to test out our coworking space and get a sense of the community without a long-term commitment. If you like it and want to upgrade, great! If not, you can cancel your account or make it inactive for later use.
Does signing up automatically mean I get a space?
No, filling out the form above registers your interest in securing a space. Once you’ve completed the form, we’ll get in touch to arrange a tour and discuss your individual needs.
Do I have to choose a membership plan now?
No, we’ll discuss the various membership options during our tour and sign you up for the one that’s the best fit for you.
What are the different types of membership available?
There are five different membership options.

What type of businesses do you support?
We support solopreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses. Each location attracts individuals from different industries. Digital technology, creative/marketing services, SAAS, business consulting and operations, and security. You name it, we’ve got a community that you can grow with.
How do I pay rent?
Virtual, Dedicated Desk, and Coworking members pay through auto pay on the 2nd of each month. Office rentals can login to make payments monthly and access invoices.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. We also offer convenient online payment.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, inform us before the 1st of the month. We will shut off your autopay. All members pay first and last month’s rent upfront, so upon cancellation, your last paid month will kick in.
What is the CoWork community like?
We’re a diverse community of entrepreneurs and small businesses sharing talent, resources, and knowledge to help boost our individuals and professional growth. We’re all from different industries and backgrounds, but we share common values- integrity, respect, and the willingness to connect and collaborate.
How does access and security in the building work?
Location access is controlled through our secure app. An onsite community manager ensures any guests entering during office hours are logged in and accounted for.
What measures are in place to protect members and their property?
Our onsite security company provides 24-hour surveillance. Members with dedicated desk space and offices are welcome to leave screens and PC’s in place. However, we do ask that smaller items be stored away or taken home. Flex desk/hot desk members can rent lockers onsite to secure smaller items.
What happens if I need more office space?
We have several different locations downtown and across Rochester and the Fingerlakes. If you need more space, let’s talk. We’ll help you find something that fits your growth requirements.
